“My mom visted one time This was when Travis was suspended. She doesn’t like going to the games so she just stayed behind and cleaned the house, which is a story in and of itself,” he recalled.
“She smells something and walks downstairs in the basement and it’s Trav — smoking a joint. She goes: ‘Travis, aren’t you suspended for this?!?’” Of course, Kelce chimed in, remembering the incident. “That’s how I was living back then,” he admitted.
The Kelce brothers laughed as they took a stroll down memory lane. So much has changed since that time. Both brothers have won Super Bowls.

“Travis knows way more than I do, he had to completely move out of his house,” he said. “People were just staying by his house. And the first day he moved into the new house … [in] a gated community, somebody knocks on the back window of the house,” the athlete added.
Jason Kelce went on to reveal that Travis Kelce’s increased popularity is without a doubt linked to Taylor Swift. “We’ve always been big in the football world, Travis especially. The Taylor world and the pop culture world, that’s a whole different level. It’s a new demographic that wasn’t there before,” he continued.
Swift and Kelce went public with their relationship in September 2023. Just one month later, the Kansas City fan-favorite moved from his Briarcliff West neighborhood.
He now lives in a $6 million mansion behind the confines of a gated community, per Page Six. It seems that security was a big issue for the couple as both fans of both he and Swift looked to get dangerously close to the couple.
