Coleen Rooney might shockingly leave I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!

The wife of Wayne Rooney surprised everyone when she decided to swap her lavish Cheshire home for the Aussie jungle. Despite being asked to join the ITV reality show for “years”, Coleen feels now is the perfect time to step back into the limelight.

Even though there were rumours that her reactive arthritis could prevent her from participating in some Bushtucker Trials, Coleen assured her fans that this wouldn’t be an issue and she’s all set to face whatever comes her way. However, being the “most famous” campmate, she might have bitten off more than she can chew.

Bookies are now predicting that the pressure might get to Coleen and she might opt for a swanky five-star hotel over the jungle before the show concludes. Initially, Coleen was the favourite to win, but her odds have been cut to 9/1, while McFly’s Danny Jones has seen his popularity surge with odds at 5/2, reports the Mirror.

Nicola McGeady from Ladbrokes commented: “Coleen Rooney is the most famous face heading to the jungle and punters are convinced that she will be voted to do the most bushtucker trials. Whether or not she can handle it remains to be seen, but we have witnessed money on her throwing in the towel.”

In a candid clip shared with her followers, Coleen discussed the rumours swirling about her participation in I’m A Celebrity’s notorious trials. She said: “I’m looking forward to doing the trials.

“There’s been a lot of news saying that I can’t do trials because of certain illnesses and that, but I can confirm I can do every trial. So I am not excluded from any that was just a load of rubbish, and I am, yeah, I’m looking forward to it.”

She also admitted that she’s been approached to join the Aussie bush bash in previous years but always turned it down – until now.

Reflecting on the infamous Wagatha Christie drama and her busy family life, Coleen revealed: “Over the years, there have been different things going on in my life and also, my children have been really young. But they are at an age now where I can go away for this length of time. I also feel it’s time to have a challenge for me and do something different. It has taken many, many years but I’m finally doing it. And I have always said if I was going to do one then it would be this show. I think it will be good for me.”
