Taylor Swift rushes from Tokyo Eras Tour to private jet for 12-hour flight to Super Bowl
She’s getting a one-way ticket to Vegas.
Taylor Swift reportedly rushed to her private jet after wrapping her Eras Tour show in Tokyo to begin her 12-hour flight to Las Vegas to watch Travis Kelce play in the Super Bowl.
According to the Associated Press, an hour after the “Bad Blood” singer’s show ended, journalists saw minivans arrive at Haneda Airport where “someone went inside the gate area as four to five people carrying large black umbrellas obstructed the view of the person.”
Swift, 34, will have to travel against time as she treks through multiple time zones in order to make it to Vegas.

The Grammy winner, 34, is expected to land in Sin City by 5:30 p.m. local time Saturday and have nearly 24 hours to rest before the Kansas City Chiefs star, also 34, and his team take on the San Francisco 49ers in Allegiant Stadium on Sunday.
During Super Bowl LVIII, Swift is expected to sit in a VIP suite — that her beau covered the tab for — with her parents, brother and his girlfriend and Kelce’s parents, brother and sister-in-law.
TMZ reported that she is bringing some friends with her, although it’s unclear who will be joining her in the stadium.
Kelce — who is reportedly worth $30 million — previously joked about how much he was dishing out to cover the expenses for the big game.
“I’m not really doing much different other than just counting how much money I’m spending on this damn Super Bowl for family and friends to come,” he told his brother, Jason Kelce, in Thursday’s episode of their “New Heights” podcast.
“Just making sure I’m on top of those finances and losing all this money,” he quipped.

While Swift has made it to several of the tight end’s games, he has only been to one of her concerts due to his hectic schedule.
However, after Sunday’s game, Travis will have plenty of free time to travel during the off-season, according, to his mom, Donna Kelce.
“A lot of us are doing a lot of different things … I have a feeling there’ll be some traveling, and probably some podcasts or what have you in Philadelphia,” she told People, referring to Travis’ “New Heights” podcast that he co-hosts with his brother, Jason Kelce.

In December, the US Sun reported that the two-time Super Bowl champ booked rooms at luxurious hotels in France and Italy and made reservations at some of the countries’ finest restaurants for him and Swift to enjoy.
“He booked some very nice hotel suites and tables at great restaurants to take her on days off,” an insider close to the athlete — who went public with the Grammy winner in September — told the outlet.
“He wants to take her on romantic getaways to have her relax and go discover those nice cities and European romantic places together.”

Swift’s spokesperson defended her private jet use, claiming she ‘regularly loans’ her plane to other people.
‘To attribute most or all of these trips to her is blatantly incorrect.’
Earlier in the day it was reported that Swift has downsized and sold one of her gas-guzzling private jets.
The 14-time Grammy winner sold her $40 million Dassault Falcon 900LX on January 30 to car insurance company Car Shield based in Missouri, now estimated to be worth around $7million second-hand, according to documents obtained by DailyMail.com.
While many have called on the star to reduce her travel, it is unlikely that the globetrotting superstar will switch to commercial flights due to security fears.
She reportedly purchased the jet for $40million in 2011, with FAA records showing that the 900LX was transferred to Triangle Real Estate from SATA LLC in Nashville, which is believed to stand for her family members’ names, after her father Scott, mother Andrea, Taylor and brother Austin.
The ownership switched on January 30, with Triangle Real Estate LLC appearing to have been on the hunt for an upgrade after selling its $400k 1976 Cessna 421 on January 25, opting for Swift’s larger plane instead.
Swift still owns her Dassault Falcon 7X which if bought new costs $54million. She has been using the jet as her main mode of transport for the Eras Tour.
