BTS j-hope has expressed interest in working with Kendrick Lamar.

The K-Pop idol appeared on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, on March 10, 2025, during which he performed his hit track with Miguel, Sweet Dreams, and sat down for an intimate chat with Fallon.

The show host shared a video from j-hope’s TikTok where he attempts to recreate the viral shuffle dance move from Kendrick Lamar’s Super Bowl halftime rendition of Not Like Us.

After they both settled from laughing at the funny video, the BTS member expressed that he had never met the rap sensation but was ready for future projects with him:

“I’m ready for work with you, Kendrick,”

j-hope joined Fallon for an episode of The Tonight Show on March 10, 2024. The singer/rapper/dancer made an appearance as Fallon was finishing up his monologue, and sneakily danced to his viral hit song, Sweet Dreams featuring Miguel.

The audience erupted in cheers upon catching sight of the Korean heartthrob. Fallon, blissfully unaware of the BTS member dancing behind him, thanked the crowd for cheering him up.

“You love my dancing!” he said happily.

j-hope, in a patterned grayish-brown jacket, black vest, and slacks got up close and personal with Fallon as he discussed his days as an underground artist, his art, and what drives him.

The Korean superstar revealed that his first stop in the United States was the In-N-Out burger joint.

His order was a cheeseburger, milkshake, and fries. He added that the meal was “salty and cheesy and sweet, but not healthy.”

He talked about his days with the dance crew Neuron and how dance was an important part of his music career. The artist revealed that he danced to his songs while recording them in the studio.

“Whenever I listen to music, something come up in my mind. And I think of how I want to express that on stage.”

To round up the fun episode, j-hope changed into a black jacket, a cropped vest, baggy jeans, and fuzzy slippers, and was joined by Miguel on stage for a performance of the hit song, Sweet Dreams. The audience cheered as the duo sang the lyrics:
